Mixing a Mead

Mixed a 2 gallon batch of a traditional Mead which is essentially Honey Wine. The Mead will need to ferment for three weeks after which I'll rack it into two separate one gallon glass carboys while adding fresh Strawberries and JalapeƱo peppers in one and fresh Watermelon in the other. Once racked into secondary, the mead, fruits and peppers will need to sit for at least one month before bottling. Cheers!
