5-11 Brew Day
Ahoy! grog lovers!! Feeling the need to fill another fermenter, we decided to go with a house favorite. It's been a while since we had any Bloody Red Roberts on hand so today after a 6:00 am start we were pitched and cleaned up by noon without any issues. We plan racking on May 1st and pouring a test glass on May 8th after a week of conditioning.
