The 1st annual Wiegert Brewing 4th of July celebration was a smashing success! I was able to introduce for the first time our flagship brand "Roberts Original Ale" and It's pale ale cousin "Bloody Red Roberts Pale Ale". Both have been fermenting for just over a month and all I can say it was well worth the wait. I left both in primary for three weeks and bottled and primed for one week. When all was said and done I had over 80 bottles of beer to share. After plenty of pouring, sniffing and tasting, the overall consensus was split.
