Hop Yard Update 2018

Halfway through our second year of hop growing, this years growth is already more than twice the size it was last year at this time. Just a reminder that we are growing 6 different varieties. Our three bittering hop bines include Chinook, Galena and Horizon while our aroma bines are Cascade, Centennial and Glacier. Last year we yielded 1.25 pounds of total hops, while this year we're expecting to at least double that figure if not triple it. We'll find out in September!
