5-18 Brew Day
Brewed a cajun style IPA using our own home grown hops for the first time. We used just a tad over three total ounces of Chinook, Centennial, Glacier and Horizon hops. Our new brew dog Ellie also experienced her first brew day while her big brother Stan supervised. After a rolling 90 Minute boil and a long chill we transferred the wort into the fermenter leaving us with a strainer full of lovable and beautiful hop trub!
