Leftoverture - The Stale Ale bottled and priming. I left this interesting concoction in primary for 3 weeks with a final gravity reading of 1.008 and a ABV of around 5%. A pre-racking test had a nice neutral citrusy aroma with a slight bitter finish. I must admit i'm pleasantly surprised due to the age of the hops and yeast and can't wait until Sunday Dec. 8th for a 1 week conditioning test just before Packer kickoff.
